On November 18, 2010, Anthony Love, Deputy Director for National Programs at the U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness, spoke to Arlington’s 10 Year Plan to End Homelessness about “Opening Doors: Federal Strategic Plan to Prevent and End Homelessness.” The event was held at the Holiday Inn Arlington at Ballston.
